Any real estate agent can say, “my goal is to get you the most money for your home, in the shortest amount of time.”
As an experienced listing agent, I know better. Of course, getting the most money for your property in the shortest amount of time is desirable, but it’s not the whole story. There are a million other factors to consider. It’s more about meeting your needs, listening to and addressing your concerns and advising you as to how to best meet your needs.
I believe that what a real estate agent needs to do is help you to accomplish your goals, through consultation and development of a plan to market your property. If you are a homeowner or landowner in the mid-Willamette Valley and are thinking of becoming a seller, I’d be happy to visit with you to discuss your needs.
