Here’s some basic advice from CBS MoneyWatch.com that will help buyers in the Corvallis, Albany, Philomath or other markets in the mid-Willamette Valley. Most buyers are starting their research process on the Internet, and there’s a ton of data out there. Not all of it accurate, so it takes some time and experience to filter out the good from the bad.
