In addition to “traditional” real estate business, I am very privileged to have had the opportunity to provide real estate services to buyers and sellers of properties of historic significance and vintage style in and around Corvallis, Oregon—Each property, like its current or future owner has its own character, style and needs. Finding the right personality for the property, meeting the needs and goals of the vintage home buying or selling public and working through the unique challenges presented by each property is what makes this segment of the market so satisfying.
I work primarily in Linn and Benton County, which includes Albany, Philomath, Corvallis and the surrounding areas. There are many historically significant homes in the area, especially around the Oregon State University campus, in the historic Albany downtown as well as rural homestead properties in the surrounding countryside.
